An update version of our famous 'black ribbon' badge, this badge is worn on the lapel to remember the sacrifice of firefighters who have been lost in the line of duty.
The badge was initially developed as a respectful way for friends, family & colleagues to remember lost firefighters and is now worn by members and supporters of the Fire & Rescue Service on Firefighters Memorial Day (4 May) and other days throughout the year. All the proceeds from this badge go to the Firefighters 100 Lottery fund to support seriously injured firefighters and their families.
